Gustavo T. Palmer

CEO

Originally from New York City, I enjoyed Family, Friends, Sports, Food,  Music, Entertainment, Fashion and all New York had to offer.

I attended Cardinal Hayes H.S. Bronx, N.Y and then attended The University of Central Florida, Daytona Beach, Fl. Fortunate to be raised by a wonderful family, I was able to Travel throughout the United States and Around the World. Sightseeing Mount Rushmore, The Grand Canyon, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Aruba, Belize, Grand Cayman and others. I participated in team sports throughout High School and College, where I played Baseball, Football,  Track & Field, Bowling, and Basketball.  As a member of Civil Air Patrol where I flew single and twin engine Aircrafts. I also participated in US Air-force missions on Helicopters, Combat Aircrafts and Fighter Jets.

 

The start on my career began in Transportation and Logistics. As I continued my career, I became involved in Business and Project Management, which became a key component to the business we are a part of today.

In 1999 I decided to relocate to Orlando Florida and met my wife Mrs. Elizabeth Palmer. Together we have raised (5) Children and are the Grandparents of (3) beautiful children. I continue to enjoy Motorcycle Riding, Boating, Fishing, Traveling, Cruising the World and Volunteer Missions.

 

Together our Team of experts combine for more than 30 years of experience in Event Management, Transportation, and Hospitality. Each member has been hand selected to use their expertise and skills to provide excellence and lasting memories.

Our innovation and creativity has allowed us to be a front runner in the Event Management industry.

Our Community

Ocean Sands Events has had an Amazing 2018 partnering with community outreach and nonprofit organizations. We worked closely with the Iron Sharpeners, The Dream Center of Tampa, St Petersburg Food Bank and The City of Clearwater Beach. Our efforts have helped young children in the Tampa Bay area acquire new reading material and athletic equipment for their after school programs.  We also were able to prepare food for the less fortunate in St Petersburg and sponsored a Beach Cleanup Event in Clearwater Beach. Our company will continue to give back to our community in 2019 and continue to deliver Service Excellence in the Event Management Industry to our clients
